These terms explain the general basis on which exhibition travel enquiries, quotations and arrangements are handled.
Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry is a request for information and is not a confirmed booking. A quotation is subject to the scope, validity period, availability and terms stated in that quotation.
Airfares, hotel rooms, visas, event access and other third-party services remain subject to the relevant provider’s rules and availability until confirmed in writing.
Event details and prices
Exhibition dates, venues, travel itineraries and package prices can change. Treat information as indicative unless it is specifically verified and confirmed in a written offer.
The exhibition event dates are distinct from package travel dates. Do not make non-refundable arrangements based only on an unverified listing.
Changes, cancellations and third parties
Any applicable payment schedule, cancellation terms, amendment charges and refund conditions will be provided for the specific services before you confirm them.
Airlines, hotels, visa authorities, event organisers and other suppliers operate under their own terms. Their rules may apply in addition to the arrangements quoted by Holiday Mitra.
